adopts airflow crushing, mixing, granulating, drying, cooling,
screening and packaging sections. It has clear functions and

The core part of the production line: drying system. Using
segmented heating, the pre-drying section uses high-pressure
and low-air-volume fans to completely fluidize the wet WDG
particles; the drying section uses low-pressure and high-air
-volume fans to remove more moisture per unit time and dry
evenly; the cooling section The use of high air volume fans
can quickly take away heat and reduce product temperature,
which not only meets the requirements for moisture control,
but also facilitates subsequent packaging processes.
